Questions
Uptime says 100%. Why would I pay for this?
A homepage can return 200 while the checkout button 404s, the webinar form posts nowhere, or Stripe never receives the webhook. FunnelWatch walks the path a customer walks.
Will you charge my customers' cards?
No. Production checks stop on the payment page. Staging may use Stripe's published test card on a site you verified. Any other card number is blocked.
Why isn't every check an AI agent?
Agents are slow and expensive, and they change their mind. Mapping once and replaying a script keeps the five-minute and hourly checks cheap. The model comes back only to triage a failure.
What if I rename a button?
If the new label is clearly the same control, FunnelWatch updates the script and does not page you. If the price changed or the step is gone, you get an alert.
Which tools does a funnel have to use?
None in particular. If a person can click through it, it can be mapped: Stripe, Resend, Supabase auth screens, ConvertKit forms, Zoom or Calendly booking pages, or a custom flow from Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, or v0.
Do I have to talk to someone to sign up?
No. We'll email you a one-time sign-in link. No password needed. That address is added to the FunnelWatch signup list.
