Terms of use

FunnelWatch is operated by LitTech LLC. These terms cover the site, the dashboard, and the checks we run for you.

You must own, or have permission to test, every URL you submit for a funnel or a review. Prove it with the domain check before those runs. Do not point FunnelWatch at sites you do not control. Do not use it to probe private networks, to store card numbers, or to place real charges. Staging mode may enter only published Stripe test cards.

Free uptime checks request a public URL on a schedule. Paid plans replay a script you approved. You are responsible for the load that creates on your own site. We may pause a check that harms the service or someone else's site.

Plans renew through Stripe until you cancel in the customer portal. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. The service is provided as available. Checks can miss a break or flag a change that is harmless. LitTech LLC is not liable for lost sales, missed emails, or decisions you make from an alert, to the extent the law allows a limit.
